1. About these terms
These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of PixelGlows, a browser-based AI photo editing service operated by Customersify Inc., a Canadian corporation. By accessing PixelGlows, creating an account, or purchasing a product, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
You must be legally able to enter into a binding agreement where you live. If you use PixelGlows on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms.
2. Accounts and security
You must provide accurate account information and keep your sign-in details secure. You are responsible for activity performed through your account and should contact us promptly if you believe it has been accessed without permission.
One person or organization may not use multiple accounts to avoid fair-use limits, payment obligations, or enforcement measures.
3. Photo editing and AI results
PixelGlows uses artificial intelligence to analyze and edit images. AI results can vary, may contain errors, and may not match every instruction exactly. You should inspect each result before publishing, printing, or relying on it.
We may improve, replace, limit, suspend, or discontinue tools when reasonably necessary. Free and paid editing tools are subject to the usage limits shown on the Pricing page and in the editor.
4. Your photos and edited content
You keep ownership of the photos you upload and the rights you may have in your edited results. You give Customersify Inc. a limited permission to host, copy, process, and transmit your content only as needed to provide, secure, maintain, and support PixelGlows.
You confirm that you own your uploaded content or have all permissions needed to use it. Saved projects remain private unless you explicitly publish a portrait to the public Gallery. You can remove published portraits and delete saved projects through your account.
5. Acceptable use
You may use PixelGlows only for lawful purposes. You may not upload or create content that violates another person’s privacy, publicity, copyright, trademark, or other rights; impersonates or exploits another person; is unlawful, abusive, or sexually exploitative; or is intended to deceive, defraud, harass, or cause harm.
You may not interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, bypass limits or payment controls, scrape the service, introduce malicious code, reverse engineer protected parts of the service, or use automated systems in a way that places unreasonable demand on PixelGlows.
6. Prices, credits, and subscriptions
Prices are displayed in USD unless stated otherwise. Applicable taxes are shown at checkout. One premium credit can be used for one eligible premium edit. Purchased credits do not expire, have no cash value, and cannot be transferred between accounts.
PixelGlows Studio Pro renews automatically at the billing interval you select until cancelled. Monthly-to-yearly or yearly-to-monthly changes take effect at the next renewal without a partial-period charge. Cancelling ends Studio Pro access immediately. A past-due subscription may remain available while the payment provider retries payment, but access ends if payment cannot be collected.
Payment processing is provided by a third-party payment provider and is also subject to that provider’s terms. We do not store full payment-card numbers.
7. Refunds and failed edits
Refund requests can be submitted from the Account page and are reviewed by Customersify Inc., usually within five business days. Approval is not automatic and may depend on the circumstances, applicable law, and payment-provider rules.
A full refund or dispute removes the credits or subscription access purchased by that payment. A failed premium generation returns the credit used for that attempt. Nothing in these terms limits any non-waivable consumer rights that apply to you.
8. Service availability and disclaimers
PixelGlows is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not promise uninterrupted availability, permanent storage, or that every AI result will be accurate, unique, suitable for a particular purpose, or free from third-party claims.
Keep independent copies of photos and results that matter to you. PixelGlows is a creative editing service and is not a substitute for professional medical, legal, identity, or forensic advice.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Customersify Inc. and its directors, employees, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunity arising from your use of PixelGlows.
Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability for claims relating to PixelGlows will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid to PixelGlows during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim or USD $100. This section does not exclude liability that cannot legally be limited.
10. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access when we reasonably believe these terms have been violated, payment is overdue, use presents a security or legal risk, or suspension is required to protect PixelGlows or others. You may stop using PixelGlows at any time and can request permanent account deletion from the Account page.
Terms that by their nature should continue after termination—including ownership, payment obligations, disclaimers, and liability limits—will remain in effect.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as PixelGlows, applicable law, or our business changes. The revised date will appear at the top of this page. If a change materially affects your rights, we will provide reasonable notice where required. Continued use after the updated terms take effect means you accept them.
