1. Who we are
PixelGlows is a browser-based AI photo editing service operated by Customersify Inc., a Canadian corporation. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you use PixelGlows, why we collect it, how long we keep it, and the choices you have.
2. Information we collect
Account information: when you sign up, we store your email address, sign-in method, display name, profile photo, and bio if you choose to add them.
Photos and edits: photos you upload are processed to provide the editing tools. Unsaved photos are session-only and are not kept as projects. Photos you explicitly save are stored privately in your account, and portraits you explicitly publish appear in the public Gallery until you remove them.
Purchase information: when you buy credits, a subscription, an API bundle, or merch, we record the purchase, amount, and entitlement. Payment card details are handled by our payment provider; we never see or store full card numbers.
Usage information: we keep records needed to run the service, such as AI edit counts, API call logs (key used, tool, time, success, and cost), rate-limit counters, and uptime checks.
Messages: messages you send through the Contact page are stored privately so we can respond.
3. How we use information
We use the information above to provide and secure PixelGlows: running the AI editing tools, saving and restoring your projects, processing payments and refunds, enforcing fair-use limits, showing community features you choose to use (likes, comments, follows, creator pages), sending service and order messages, and improving reliability.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your private photos to advertise to you or others.
4. AI processing
When you use an editing or analysis tool, your photo and instructions are sent to the AI model provider that powers PixelGlows so the result can be generated. Provider credentials stay on our servers and are never exposed to your browser.
AI providers process this data on our behalf to return your result. We recommend not uploading photos of other people without their permission.
5. What is public
Only what you explicitly publish is public: portraits you publish to the Gallery, your creator profile (display name, photo, bio), and community activity such as likes, comments, and follows. Saved projects, unsaved photos, purchase history, API keys, and contact messages are private.
API keys are stored only as secure hashes, so even we cannot read back a key after you create it.
6. Service providers
We use a small number of providers to operate PixelGlows: cloud hosting and database storage, AI model processing, payment processing, and print fulfillment for merch orders (which receives the shipping details you provide for that order). Each provider processes data only as needed to deliver its service to us.
7. Retention and deletion
We keep account and purchase records while your account is active and as required for tax, accounting, and legal purposes. You can delete saved projects, remove published portraits, and revoke API keys at any time from your account.
You can request permanent account deletion from the Account page. Deletion removes your profile, saved projects, and community content; purchase records may be retained where the law requires.
8. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information, or to object to certain processing. You can exercise most of these directly in your account, or by contacting us. We will not discriminate against you for exercising privacy rights.
9. Children
PixelGlows is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy as PixelGlows or the law changes. The revised date will appear at the top of this page, and where a change materially affects you we will provide reasonable notice.
