Using PixelGlows
Do I need photo-editing experience?+
No. Upload a portrait, choose a tool, adjust its controls, and generate. You can also ask PixelGlows to analyze the photo and suggest tailored edits.
Which devices are supported?+
PixelGlows runs in modern web browsers on computers, tablets, and phones. There is nothing to install from an app store.
Will my downloaded photo have a watermark?+
No. Images you generate and download do not include a PixelGlows watermark.
Can I compare my original with the result?+
Yes. Each editing tool provides a before-and-after comparison so you can inspect the change before saving.
Plans and credits
Which tools are free?+
Custom edits, face retouching, makeup, skin tone, studio white or gray backgrounds, and photo analysis are free within the fair-use limit.
What uses one premium credit?+
One Magic avatar or one transparent background cut-out uses one credit. If generation fails, the credit is returned.
Do credits expire?+
No. Purchased premium credits stay on your account until you use them.
What does Studio Pro include?+
Studio Pro provides unlimited Magic avatars and transparent cut-outs, subject to the same 10 AI requests per hour fair-use limit.
Accounts and privacy
Do I need an account?+
You can browse the site and shop before signing up. An account is required to generate AI edits, keep credits, and reopen saved projects across devices.
Are my saved photos public?+
No. Saved projects remain private. A portrait appears in the public Gallery only when its owner explicitly publishes it.
Can I delete my account?+
Yes. Account settings include permanent account deletion. Payment records required for accounting are retained separately.
