1. What this covers
This Cookie Policy explains how PixelGlows, operated by Customersify Inc., uses cookies and similar browser storage (such as localStorage) when you visit pixelglows.com. We keep this deliberately short because we use very few of them.
2. Strictly necessary storage
Sign-in session: when you log in, your browser stores a session token so you stay signed in as you move between pages and so your saved projects, credits, and API keys load for you. Without this, accounts cannot work.
Editor state: the editor keeps your current photo, tool settings, and results in browser storage so your work survives a page refresh. Unsaved photos stay in your browser session and are not uploaded as projects unless you save them.
Security and rate limits: free guest editing is limited per connection (5 AI requests per hour). The counters that enforce this are kept on our servers, not in your browser.
3. What we do not use
PixelGlows does not use advertising cookies, cross-site tracking pixels, or third-party analytics cookies that follow you around the web. We do not sell or share cookie data with advertisers.
4. Payment and merch providers
When you check out, our payment provider may set its own strictly necessary cookies to process your payment securely and prevent fraud. Those cookies are governed by the provider’s own policy. Merch orders are fulfilled through our print partner, which receives only the shipping details needed for your order.
5. Managing cookies
You can clear or block cookies and site data in your browser settings at any time. Blocking sign-in storage will log you out and prevent account features from working; blocking editor storage means unsaved work will not survive a refresh.
Because we do not run advertising or analytics trackers, there is no marketing consent banner to manage — the storage we use is required for the service you asked for.
6. Changes to this policy
If we add a new kind of cookie or browser storage in the future, we will update this page and revise the date at the top before the change takes effect.
7. Contact
Questions about cookies or browser storage can be sent privately through the PixelGlows Contact page.
